Shout! Factory, is an American home video and film distribution company. Founded in 2002 equally Retropolis Entertainment, they began by distributing music and record labels, later expanding their operations to including classic movies and Television set series from the 1980s and 1990s and beyond that have not yet been distributed in the DVD or Blu-Ray format.

History

In 2012, Shout! Factory began touching Tokusatsu territory when they signed with Saban Brands to distribute Power Rangers on home media in North America. Through this deal, Shout! also caused the rights to distribute other Saban properties, being VR Troopers, Big Bad Beetleborgs and Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation. In 2014, Shout! announced that they had signed with Toei Company to release Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger on DVD, and were the official benefactor for Sentai in North America until 2019 when Saban sold Power Rangers to Hasbro.

In addition to the serial itself, Shout! Mill has too released Mighty Morphin Ability Rangers: The Movie and Turbo: A Power Rangers Moving-picture show on Blu-ray as office of its dissever deal with 20th Century Studios (now part of sometime franchise possessor Disney). Because of Shout!'s status as the series' home video distributor, these releases are co-branded with Saban.

On March 16 2020, Shout! announced that they would stream Super Sentai shows it had already licensed on a new streaming service called TokuSHOUTsu along with the original 1971 Kamen Passenger seriesIcon-crosswiki.png and Ultraman LeoIcon-crosswiki.png on the post-obit day on March 17, 2020. [1] The shows confirmed available at launch were Choujin Sentai (Birdman Squadron) Jetman, Ninja Sentai (Ninja Squadron) Kakuranger, Gosei Sentai (5-Star Squadron) Dairanger and Mirai Sentai (Future Squadron) Timeranger.[2] Ninpuu Sentai (Enduring Wind Squadron) Hurricaneger before long joined the lineup afterward.

In add-on to the TV shows, a talk-evidence titled Permit'southward Talk Toku premiered on the channel, featuring YouTuber Squall Charlson as the host. The show would characteristic Jason Narvy as 1 of its guests and a "Backlot style" docu-series on the history of Power Rangers. The service also features live streams of Power Morphicon.
